I suspect the sub is acting as the amplifier as well.
The subwoofer is connected to the speakers with 5.1 analog cables. The room switcher is connected with 8 pin mini din on one end, and a 13 pin connector into the subwoofer. Which I believe is a proprietary Bose cable. Right now the system is hooked up to a CD player.ĬD player is connected to a room switcher using an 8 pin mini din serial cable. The speakers and sub are already set up and wired for this. I want to hook up a modern TV to this Bose Lifestyle speaker system, which came with a house I bought.
